Launched in 2011, Paramount Events is Chicago’s go-to resource for providing unparalleled service and five-star catering to events across the city. Paramount strives to create custom and creative menus from sustainable and local products, providing every guest with impeccable service, and fostering growth in community partnerships. With three divisions – Weddings/Non-Profits, Events, and Drop Off – we bring restaurant quality dishes to every event, big or small.

Eden is ever-evolving, with a menu that embraces seasonal flavors that cultivate inside our on-site greenhouse or sourced locally from farmers and purveyors. With Partner & Chief Culinary Officer Devon Quinn at the helm of brunch, lunch, and dinner, private dining available, and a bar with specialty crafted cocktails, eden is unlike any other restaurant in Chicago.

Fuelgood offers an innovative approach to providing food service solutions for companies and property managers. Lake Street Staffing
Launched in early 2018, Lake Street Staffing is hitting the Chicago market with a bang. The company makes staffing events convenient, customizable, and full-service and offers staffing solutions for high-end luxury store openings, full-service events, bar services, and more. Lake Street Staffing prides itself on being able to customize staffing needs to ensure clients’ brands are brought to life and the experience is exceptional. All staff is trained and certified by Lake Street Staffing so clients receive the highest caliber of service available.
