Chef Devon Quinn Joins WGN Spotlight Chicago to Discuss Health-Conscious Menu Items at eden

Chef Devon Quinn recently appeared on WGN Spotlight Chicago, where he joined Ji Suk Yi and Marissa Bailey to discuss a variety of health-conscious dishes. During the show, Chef Quinn shared some of his latest creations, including hamachi crudo, Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad, “Chicken Fried” Lion’s Mane Mushrooms, Grilled Loch Duart Salmon, Wood-Grilled Cucumbers, and Wood-Grilled Berbere Spiced Carrots. The trio delved into eden’s on-site greenhouse, the upcoming growing season, Chicago Restaurant Week, and more.
