Jodi Fyfe Joins WGN Spotlight Chicago for Women’s History Month
Jodi Fyfe, the founder of The Paramount Group, joined the WGN Spotlight Chicago studio on Tuesday, March 5th, with Sarah Jindra and Ji Suk Yi. In celebration of Women’s History Month, Jodi shared her experience leading one of Chicago’s only women-owned hospitality groups, her diverse portfolio of brands, and her 30+ year journey.
Jodi also shared some dishes from Paramount Events, showcasing how simple, healthy ingredients can still deliver culinary-driven, restaurant-quality food in catering. The dishes she presented were a feast for the senses, including Wood-Grilled Salmon with snow pea leaves, pickled shallots, and shaved radish; Roasted Farmed Mushrooms with polenta, gremolata, and sunflower sprouts; and Berbere Spiced Carrots with turmeric, toasted pistachios, and garden herbs.
