Chef Devon Quinn joined Lisa Shames, a journalist who recently published the Chicago Tribune article “Earth Day is only once a year; these Chicago chefs upcycle ingredients every day,” in the WBEZ Reset studio with Sasha-Ann Simons to talk about food sustainability and to share tips and tricks for creatively reusing ingredients rather than adding to a landfill.
